歐盟溶劑排放指令EU Solvent Emissions Directive (Council Directive 1999/13/EC)

 在歐洲，民眾對(duì)提高空氣質(zhì)量非常關(guān)注，對(duì)減少硫與氮的氧化物、氨和揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物（VOC）的排入尤為關(guān)心，降低VOC的排放對(duì)涂料工業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)非常重要。1999年3月11日歐洲委員會(huì)頒布了1999年第13號(hào)委員會(huì)命令（Council Directive 1999/13/EC），即所謂的溶劑釋放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著溶劑排放令（The Solvents Emission Directive）的實(shí)施，VOC排放會(huì)顯著減少。歐洲CEPE（歐洲涂料，印刷油墨、顏料工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)）下發(fā)了關(guān)于裝飾性涂料中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物指導(dǎo)書。

1999年3月11日歐洲委員會(huì)頒布了1999年第13號(hào)委員會(huì)命令（Council Directive 1999/13/EC），即所謂的溶劑釋放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著溶劑排放令（The Solvents Emission Directive）的實(shí)施，VOC排放會(huì)顯著減少。

大多國(guó)家和組織對(duì)VOC的定義是指沸點(diǎn)低于或等于250℃的任何有機(jī)化合物，揮發(fā)到大氣中的VOC用來(lái)指在涂料的使用過(guò)程中，揮發(fā)到大氣中的溶劑和一些化學(xué)物質(zhì)，這些物質(zhì)會(huì)危害環(huán)境。
