歐洲技術(shù)評(píng)估(ETA)是一份根據(jù)建筑產(chǎn)品基本特征提供其性能信息的聲明文件，自2013年7月1日起在所有歐洲成員國(guó)和歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)生效的《新建筑產(chǎn)品條例(歐盟)第305/2011號(hào)》中已有ETA認(rèn)證的相關(guān)詮釋。建筑建材產(chǎn)品的ETA認(rèn)證是對(duì)產(chǎn)品在指定應(yīng)用范圍技術(shù)性能的有力證明，由建筑材料制造商自愿申請(qǐng)。建筑建材類產(chǎn)品可以申請(qǐng)ETA認(rèn)證的前提是：建筑產(chǎn)品不在或不受任何歐洲統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(hEN)及其評(píng)估方法和載于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)歐洲評(píng)估文件(EAD)中，當(dāng)產(chǎn)品通過(guò)ETA符合性證明程序，滿足ETA相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，歐洲技術(shù)認(rèn)可認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)將允許制造商在產(chǎn)品上標(biāo)注CE標(biāo)識(shí)。邁希澤在eta認(rèn)證領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
歐盟建材(EADs)/ ETA認(rèn)證的變化
根據(jù)ETAs的有關(guān)規(guī)定：截至2013年6月30日(即歐洲批準(zhǔn))的ETAs在其有效期結(jié)束之前仍然有效，可以被制造商用作歐洲技術(shù)評(píng)估，但這種類型的ETAs在2018年將從市場(chǎng)上消失，在2013年7月1日之后發(fā)布的ETA的有效期是不確定的。
根據(jù) (歐盟)第305/2011號(hào)(CPR) 規(guī)定，建筑材料制造商在市場(chǎng)上發(fā)布建筑產(chǎn)品和當(dāng)該產(chǎn)品被歐洲技術(shù)評(píng)估(ETA)評(píng)估時(shí)，應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)提供該產(chǎn)品的性能聲明(DoP)。經(jīng)評(píng)估通過(guò)后，CE標(biāo)志應(yīng)貼在該產(chǎn)品上，并表明制造商對(duì)該產(chǎn)品與聲明的性能相符負(fù)有責(zé)任。

ETA認(rèn)證流程
一、確定產(chǎn)品ETAG標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（技術(shù)評(píng)估大綱）
邁希澤為產(chǎn)品符合的指令為歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令(EU) 305/2011(CPR)，歐盟協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)便是用來(lái)指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品滿足指令基本要求的詳細(xì)技術(shù)文件。
二、確定產(chǎn)品應(yīng)符合的詳細(xì)要求
產(chǎn)品滿足其所適用的所有協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,才被視為符合相關(guān)的基本要求。是否適用協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完全是自愿的，您也可以選擇其他方式來(lái)滿足相應(yīng)的基本要求。
三、確定產(chǎn)品是否需要公告機(jī)構(gòu)參與檢驗(yàn)
您的產(chǎn)品所涉及到的每一個(gè)指令都對(duì)是否需要由第三方公告機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)參與ETA的審核有詳細(xì)的規(guī)定。這些公告機(jī)構(gòu)都是由歐盟委員會(huì)授權(quán)的，并在NANDO（ 新方法指令公告機(jī)構(gòu)及指定機(jī)構(gòu)）的檔案中有詳細(xì)的清單。
四、測(cè)試產(chǎn)品并檢驗(yàn)其符合性
制造商有責(zé)任對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測(cè)試并且檢查其是否符合歐盟法規(guī)（符合性評(píng)估流程），風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估是評(píng)估流程中的基礎(chǔ)規(guī)則，滿足了歐盟相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求后，您才有可能滿足歐盟官方法規(guī)的基本要求。
五、起草并保存ETAG標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的技術(shù)文件
制造商必須根據(jù)產(chǎn)品所符合指令的要求及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的需要，建立產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)評(píng)估文件European Assessment Document (EAD)。如果相關(guān)授權(quán)部門(mén)要求，制造商須將技術(shù)文件及EC符合性聲明一起提交檢查。
六、在您的產(chǎn)品上加貼ETA標(biāo)志并做EC符合性聲明
ETA標(biāo)志必須由制造商或其授權(quán)代表加貼在產(chǎn)品上。ETA標(biāo)志必須按照其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖樣，清楚且永遠(yuǎn)的貼在產(chǎn)品或其銘牌上。如果公告機(jī)構(gòu)參與了產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)證，則ETA標(biāo)志必須帶有公告機(jī)構(gòu)的公告號(hào)。制造商有義務(wù)起草EC符合性聲明，并在其上簽字以證明產(chǎn)品滿足ETA要求。經(jīng)過(guò)以上六個(gè)步驟，您的貼有ETA標(biāo)志的產(chǎn)品便可以在歐洲市場(chǎng)順利流通了。
